✔️ For everyone’s safety, all pickups and drop-offs will be contactless, I will unlock the car remotely. I will ask that you upload a picture of your Driver's License for verification. Instructions will be provided via e-mail and test message.

⚠️ No drag racing, burnout, track racing, drifting, or swapping parts. Please note that I will get notifications if the sensor is turned off or removed. I will also get notifications if you are racing on a race track, doing donuts, drifting, or abusing the car. The rental will be automatically terminated. The engine will shut off remotely, and a tow truck will be sent to pick up the car. You will receive an invoice for towing costs.
⚠️ The car is equipped with the latest security sensor that tracks and registers every single movement of the car.
⚠️ Please do not trash the car.
⚠️ A $250 fee + 7.25% tax will be applied for hard-to-remove stains, cigarette/tobacco/marijuana and ash in the vehicle, smoke odor, and marijuana odor.
⚠️ The car should have same amount of gas as it was received.
⚠️ DO NOT drive to Mexico with our vehicle. All other states are accepted.
🚙 Should you get a parking violation ticket, a traffic violation, a fine, vehicle towed for illegal parking violation/fine, and car towing storage fees, the Guest is responsible to pay all parking fees and violation/fines.
🚙You, as a guest, are responsible for parking ticket/reservation costs. ***Even though it will cost me time, gas, another car, and a driver to get back home, I will deliver the car for free.*** I will send you an invoice for airport or off-airport parking ticket/reservation costs after the trip. If you don't want to pay for parking ticket, please request a new pickup and drop off location, don't book this vehicle, or cancel the booking. I can deliver the car to you for free within a 60-mile radius.
🚙 You, as a guest, are responsible for Hotel/Resort Parking ticket cots. ***Even though it will cost me time, gas, another car, and a driver to get back home, I will deliver the car for free.*** I will send you an invoice for Hotel/Resort Parking ticket costs after the trip. If you don't want to pay for parking ticket, please request a new pickup and drop off location, don't book this vehicle, or cancel the booking. I can deliver the car to you for free within a 60-mile radius.
⚡This vehicle is protected by a highly sophisticated GPS Tracking Alarm. In the event of theft (if you open, remove, or unscrew parts of the car, a vibration that is similar to drilling or cutting metal), the alarm will be activated and real-time satellite GPS tracking data will be sent to the vehicle owner and law enforcement.
